I accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards via paypal. Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% will be added to all applicable sales.
Session fees include the time and talent of the photographer, a pre-session consultation, editing of images, a proof set of images and an ordering appointment. The session fee does not include any final images or finished products. The session fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Prints and products are offered for purchase at your ordering appointment or via online gallery. Travel fees start at $50 will be incurred for any travel required outside 30 mile radius of the studio.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I understand that ‘life happens’ and that sometimes a session must be rescheduled due to illness or injury. Please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your session if you must reschedule, and I will be happy to reschedule your session for the next available date. Likewise, I reserve the right to reschedule a session for illness, injury, family emergency, extreme weather conditions and other extenuating circumstances. I truly value your time and will do my utmost to notify you of such circumstances if they should arise as soon as possible.
An online gallery holds all of a clients proof images and is delivered via email link usually within 2 weeks of the session. Online galleries will be available for 14 days once posted, and will be archived for a period of one year. Once a gallery expires, there is a $25 fee to reopen it for a period of 5 days.
Clients may order their prints in person (preferred) or via phone appointments. Products will only be ordered once payment is received in-full. Due to the custom nature of products, all sales are final.
TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed (occasionally some labs require even longer turnaround times during peak holiday periods). You are making an investment in heirloom-quality pieces and quality cannot be rushed. Print orders usually ship directly to the client. Clients are notified by phone or email when orders are shipped.
I make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction with every ordered product. If there are any defects in workmanship or processing, they will be swiftly corrected.
WALLFLOWER PHOTOGRAPHY BY MARY HUGHES owns and maintains THE COPYRIGHTS on ALL images. Printed images may not be copied, scanned, reproduced or otherwise published. Screen captures and downloads from the web are prohibited. A limited print release is granted to a purchaser of digital files for personal use only. ONLY watermarked and properly credited images may be shared on social media platforms. If you choose to share images from your session on social media, please do not crop out the watermark or edit the images in any way. Any deviation from this policy will result in copyright infringement.
